What is Homeopathy and how does it work?

Homeopathy is a medicine that uses very, very small amounts of various substances in order to stimulate a response (usually a healing response) in the body. Homeopathy is a confusing topic for most people to understand and even more difficult for practitioners to explain!

In short, homeopathic medicine stimulates the body to ADAPT. This is because the remedy, usually a noxious crude substance, tells the cells of the body that there is something NEW in the system and it is time to REACT.

It takes time for your practitioner to determine what the best remedy will be for you. We will take a long history of your symptoms, ask many questions, and then come up with the single best remedy to begin with. Common remedies are: Sulphur, Pulsatilla, Phosphorous, Nux-Vomica. You will also hear the potency of the remedy, like 30c. This is how many times the remedy has been diluted to finally bear a product whose total number of particles is smaller than Avogadro’s number (6.02 X 10-23).

In this video I explain homeopathy further. The first 40 minutes is a webinar entitled “How Homeopathy Works and How to Prescribe It”. The last part of the video I do a demonstration case.
